Privacy Policy

The short version

  • We collect only what we need to talk to you, run our services and answer your clients' calls.
  • We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.
  • When our AI agents handle calls for a business, that business decides how the call data is used. We process it on their behalf.
  • You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

1. Who we are

ELAZAB AI Solutions ("ELAZAB", "we", "us") sets up AI phone agents that answer calls, collect job details and book appointments for roofing and other home-service businesses in the United States. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit elazabai.com, book a call with us, try our demo, or call a business that uses one of our agents.

Business name and address: [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME AND REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Questions about privacy can go to moaz@elazabai.com.

2. The information we collect

When you book a call or contact us

Your name, company name, email address and phone number, plus anything you choose to tell us about your business, such as how you handle calls today or which tools you use. If you book through a scheduling tool, that tool also records the time you picked and your time zone.

When you try the demo

If you call our demo agent during or after a discovery call, the call is processed by the same systems our clients use. That can include your phone number, a recording or transcript of the call, and anything you say. Please don't share sensitive personal details during a demo. Use made-up names and addresses if you like.

When you use the website

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may log basic technical information: your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed and the site that referred you. The revenue calculator runs in your browser. We don't store the numbers you enter.

When someone calls a business that uses our agent

When a caller reaches one of our clients' AI agents, the agent may collect the caller's name, phone number, property address, details about the job, preferred appointment times, and a recording or transcript of the call. Which of these are collected depends on how our client has asked us to set up their agent.

3. How we use it

  • To schedule and hold discovery calls, answer your questions and send you proposals you've asked for.
  • To build, run, test and improve the agents we set up for our clients.
  • To deliver call information to our clients, for example by adding a booking to their calendar or a lead to their CRM.
  • To keep our systems secure and prevent misuse.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We don't sell personal information. We don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We don't use our clients' call data to train AI models for anyone else.

4. Call data we handle for our clients

When our agent answers calls for a business, that business is responsible for the call data and decides what it's used for. We act as their service provider (sometimes called a "processor"). We only use that data to provide and improve the service for that client, and we follow their instructions and our agreement with them.

If you called a business and want to know what they hold about you, or want it changed or deleted, please contact that business first. If you contact us instead, we'll pass your request on and help them deal with it.

Recording and AI disclosure

Our standard setup has the agent tell callers they're speaking with an AI assistant. Some US states require every party to agree before a call is recorded. Each client is responsible for making sure their use of call recording, transcription and AI answering follows the laws that apply to them, and we help configure the greeting to support that.

5. Who we share it with

We only share personal information with people who need it to provide the service:

  • Our clients, for calls their agent handles.
  • Service providers we rely on, such as phone and voice AI platforms, hosting, email and scheduling tools. They may only use the information to provide their service to us.
  • Tools our clients connect, such as Google Calendar, GoHighLevel, JobNimbus or ServiceTitan, when the client asks us to send data there.
  • Authorities or advisers, when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.
  • A buyer or successor, if ELAZAB is ever sold or merged. This policy would continue to apply to your information.

6. International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep prospect and contact information for as long as we're talking with you, and up to two years after our last contact unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Call recordings, transcripts and lead details for clients are kept for as long as the client's agreement says, or until the client asks us to delete them. Records we must keep for legal or tax reasons are kept for the period the law requires.

8. How we protect it

We use access controls, encrypted connections and reputable service providers, and we limit access to the people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we'll notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Ask what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
  • Ask us to correct or delete it.
  • Object to or limit how we use it, or withdraw consent you gave us.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We don't do either.
  • Complain to a data protection authority.

To make a request, email moaz@elazabai.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights. If you'd rather not receive emails from us, reply to any email and tell us, or use the unsubscribe link where there is one.

10. Children

Our website and services are meant for businesses. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll make that clear on the website or tell our clients directly.

12. Contact

Email moaz@elazabai.com with any question about this policy or your information. We reply during US business hours.

Terms of Use · Effective October 12, 2026

Terms of Use

The short version

  • These terms cover the use of this website and our demo.
  • Work we do for clients is covered by a separate written agreement.
  • Calculator results and examples on this site are estimates and illustrations, not promises.

1. Accepting these terms

By using elazabai.com, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy above. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. If you're using the site for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for that business.

2. What this site is for

This site explains what ELAZAB does and lets you book a call with us. It doesn't create a client relationship. If you become a client, the services, pricing, responsibilities and support will be set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes priority over these terms if they ever conflict.

3. Estimates and examples

The revenue calculator gives a rough estimate based only on the numbers you enter. Call transcripts, schedules, rules and customer journeys on this site are illustrative examples, not records of real calls or real clients. Results depend on your business, your callers and many things outside our control. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of revenue, leads, bookings or any other result.

4. The demo

When you try our demo agent, the call is handled by AI and may be recorded and transcribed so we can run and improve it. The demo is for evaluation only. Please don't use it to share sensitive personal information, and don't try to misuse, overload or break it.

5. Using the site responsibly

You agree not to:

  • Break the law or anyone else's rights while using the site.
  • Try to get into systems or data you're not meant to access.
  • Upload malicious code, or scrape or copy the site in bulk using automated tools.
  • Pretend to be someone else, or give us false information when booking a call.

6. Our content

The ELAZAB name, logo, text, designs and other content on this site belong to ELAZAB AI Solutions or the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to view and share pages for your own business purposes. Please don't copy, change or reuse our content or branding without written permission.

7. Other websites and tools

The site may link to or use third-party services, such as scheduling tools. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. No warranties

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, ELAZAB won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or demo. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or demo is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and losses that result.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will show when they last changed. Using the site after an update means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim elsewhere.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms can go to moaz@elazabai.com.
